Bailey’s Irish Coffee is probably the most famous and popular Irish Coffee variant. This beverage is fantastic with a rich and sweet dessert, or makes a great dessert on it’s own!
Personally, this combination reminds me of cottaging and camping, warming up with this cocktail in my mug in the morning or the evening by the fire.
A fancy specialty coffee may not be to everyone’s taste, but this combination with a Pecan Caramel Cheesecake has a tendency to win over even the most casual of coffee and dessert fans.
