With aromas of currant, plum and cherry, this wine is balanced through 1 year of barrel aging resulting in hints of vanilla and spice.
The rich tannin structure of this wine is pleasantly offset with a selection of one of our more flavourful steaks, like the New York Striploin and a fantastic Rib Eye like this month’s feature.
